as a general rule we do not "hold" items with out payment. In some special circumstances holding items may be possible if pre arranged and a non refundable "holding" deposit is paid. Held items are generally done so for a period of no more than five ( 5 ) business days unless otherwise agreed. in the event any item/s on hold are not fulfilled ( within the agreed time period ) by the buyer then the holding deposit will be forfeit and the item/s automatically returned to stock for re-sale with out further notice to you

when items have a makers label we must use the information provided on that label. That information may include material components, wash instructions & sizing. some items are vintage & over the decades standardized garment sizes & sizing may have changed. we always provide multiple images, describe each item & additionally provide relevant current standardized measurements ( chest, waist, hip, length, rise, inseam etc ). we recommend that you always refer to the images, measurements & description details provided to ensure a correct fit for you

we measure all items for sale using the industry "standard" methods. measured items are laid flat. Chest is underarm to underarm, waist is across the waist area, hip is across the hip area, garment length is from underarm to main bottom edge, length is total usable length, width is total usable width. Measurements to NOT take into account stretch or material variations. measurements are approximations to the nearest whole cm
each item is modeled and with in the description & images of each item the model's size along with any other relevant information is provided. where a garment has been pinned or temp altered to fit a model it will be noted in the description & images
All items are individually tagged & tracked within our system using unique bar code & identifier numbers to ensure the item you purchase is the item you receive
whilst we are happy to provide some assistance and/or recommendations regarding correct fitment, it is the purchasers SOLE responsibility to ensure ( given the information provided ) what they purchase fits them
