SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE

if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase from us, you can return it within 7 days — no questions asked.

simply contact us by email at info@beanbyjess.com to initiate your return.

CONDITIONS

  • returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracked shipping data).
  • items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original Bean by Jess swing tag attached.
  • returns must be sent via tracked shipping at the purchaser’s expense.
  • you must notify us by email at info@beanbyjess.com with:
  1. confirmation that the item/s are being returned, and
  2. the return tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • international customers are welcome to return items under the same 7-day policy.
  • return parcels must be lodged with a postal carrier within 7 days of delivery.
  • all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged when the parcel re-enters Australia are also the purchaser’s responsibility and may be deducted from the final refund.
  • returned items remain the sole responsibility of the sender until safely received and accepted by bean by jess.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • once we receive your return, we will quality check the item and confirm acceptance by email.
  • a flat restocking fee of A$10 per item applies.
  • refunds are issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping and restocking fees) within 5 business days of confirmation.
  • prefer store credit? you can choose a 120% store credit of the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping).

EXCEPTIONS

  • refunds may be refused if items are not received, or if they are returned in a condition that makes them unsellable.
  • bean by jess is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered return parcels.
  • our decision on returns is final, and we cannot enter into further correspondence.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

if you have received an item that you believe is:

  • not as described or imaged,
  • the incorrect item,
  • not fit for purpose,
  • has a major undisclosed fault, or
  • cannot be replaced,

please contact info@beanbyjess.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel with images.

if we agree upon this criteria, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

once the item is received and inspected, we will refund your purchase in full.

please note that all bean by jess items are vintage, recycled, pre-loved, and/or deadstock — not brand new.
minor wear, blemishes, or production quirks are part of the nature of vintage. where possible, these are photographed and described before purchase.
items are sold as-is, and bean by jess is not responsible for normal wear and tear after delivery.
