RETURNED PARCELS

Return Policy for Unclaimed, or Insufficiently Addressed, Returned Orders:

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, or if the package goes unclaimed, we will follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. Customer Notification: Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify you via email.
  2. Shipping Fee Invoice: We will issue you an invoice for the cost of reshipping the package. This invoice must be paid before the order is dispatched again.
  3. Payment Reminders: If the reshipping invoice is not paid within 48 hours, we will send up to two reminder emails over a period of 5 business days.
  4. Order Cancellation: Should the invoice remain unpaid or emails unanswered by the third reminder, the order will be considered cancelled, and the items will be returned to inventory and made available for sale. No further correspondence will be entered into.

We strongly advise customers to double-check their shipping details before completing their purchase and to follow the provided package tracking.
